3 Rather good for novices
If you’re about to step into sale world this book could be a good guide for you. The author gave simple strategies to approach customers. He laid out good information, but there is not any profound knowledge. It just good to read and might be helpful for someone to fill the gaps in mind. I read the book a few years ago in Russian and it remained vivid impressions. Now I am not so excited about the book.
