Эту книгу мне посоветовал коллега, а ему наш коммерчесикй директор. Поэтому читалось и рецензируется теперь не сколько по играм, сколько для профессионального роста.
Так как читала на английском, то и отчитаюсь тоже на англе.

And the authour really closed the deal when he wrote the introduction. It wasn't vague, it was detailed and informative and therefore - very useful. Maybe it was that way because we never expect sth extraordinary from introduction. But still - Pink did sell me into reading his book. First we were offered to look back and analyze what seller we used to have in US. And based on that experience we are used to imagining the salesperson first of all as a HE and then as someone pushy and somewhat disgusting.
