The book analyzes the theoretical provisions on the family-legal responsibility. The issue of the existence within the family law of family and legal liability as an independent type of legal responsibility and the institution is under consideration. The author sets the task not only to identify the essence and the legal nature of the considered type of legal responsibility and to develop categorical apparatus, but also to determine the independence of the allocated institute of family and legal responsibility and to identify the need for a special attachment in the Family Code of the Russian Federation such a definition (category) as «family legal responsibility».
The monograph may be recommended to professors, postgraduates and students, as well as practicing lawyers and a wide range of readers.
