Susan and Stephen are looking to buy a house so they can move out of their small apartment and have more space. They settle on an older house, well-kept, where the realtor says the elderly resident has moved into a retirement home. The house groans in the winter, like the sounds of someone walking and more space doesn’t seem to help the relationship.
