5 Don't swim deep...

Many times I thought, what would I bring with myself if I’ll go on a tropical island. (At first, I won’t go there, huh) but, maybe, my list would include something that is immortal. Something that has memories and hides my personal feelings.

But what, if you are trapped there with unknown people and you have no idea where your little sister is?!

Aster and Poppy are 2 sisters whose lives have been changed like someone snapped his fingers. Is that easy to live, knowing that you’ve been betrayed by your own insane aunt? Is that easy to live without knowing, is your little sister alive or not? How would you feel, if you knew that, maybe, you don’t have anyone in the whole world at all..?

“The Secret Deep” - is a very interesting and exciting story about the incredible difficulties that girls have to go through. It’s about people’s feelings and worries (you won’t find love or relationships there, but you’ll absolutely find emotional human doubts, uncertainty in family relationships, and the desire to survive). You’ll meet unreal and weird things that seem to be far-fetched. I felt an ocean breeze, the structure of the sand and the warmth of the sun… This book is full of unforgettable adventures, a bit mystical and cute.

I absolutely loved Aster and Poppy. They are so sweet and brave. Also, I liked Sam, his appearance, and gesture that not everyone would do for a couple of strangers.
The plot was perfectly developed with the ending that you’ll never guess, all the characters are remarkable and interesting.
Lindsay Galvin is a perfect author for teens.

(11 and up; POV&3rd person narration. Young Adult).
